PGP_DETAIL

Detail level, bit-link for the detail level of the component:

0x0001 — show in low detail
0x0002 — show in medium detail
0x0004 — show in high detail

For example: 1+2+4=7 (display component in all possible detail modes).

PGP_PGT_RID

RID number of the profile group type. This value is only used when there is a connection between a profile and a point.

Example: a buffer point is depending on fixed parts at a car frame. So when the profile types are turned on or off, the corresponding points will be enabled.

PGP_CODE_NO

All records with a code not equal to zero have special meanings. For each special point in the DigiPara Liftdesigner data model you can define a record that allows DigiPara Liftdesigner to determine special coordinates.

Code meanings:

For all products
63: center point of gravity of the product

Guide shoes
1: Car frame and CW-frame: guide shoe 1 top (right side)
2: Car frame and CW-frame: guide shoe 2 top (left side)
3: Car frame and CW-frame: guide shoe 1 bottom (right side)
4: Car frame and CW-frame: guide shoe 2 bottom (left side)

Buffer position

if 1 buffer is selected:
10: Car frame and CW-frame: Position of the buffer (if only 1 buffer is used)
if 2 buffers are selected:
11: Car frame and CW-frame: Position of the first buffer (if 2 buffers are used or selected)
12: Car frame and CW-frame: Position of the second buffer (if 2 buffers are used or selected)
if 3 buffers are selected: 13, 14, 15
if 4 buffers are selected: 16, 17, 18, 19
if 5 buffers are selected: 30, 31, 32, 33, 34
if 6 buffers are selected: 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40

Jack position
20: Car frame: Position of the hydraulic jack(if only 1 jack is used)
21: Car frame: Position of the first hydraulic jack (if 2 jacks are used or selected)
22: Car frame: Position of the second hydraulic jack (if 2 jacks are used or selected)

Counterweight inlet outline

100: Outline of the counterweight inlet

Machine frame
30...39: Positions of reaction loads to shaft

Traveling cable position

50: Car frame: Position of fixing of traveling cable

Door Machine position
50: Door: Position of door machine position

Force position at car and counterweight frame
60: Position of rope fixing component
61: Position of 1. rope fixing component (only for 2:1 double hydraulic jack)
62: Position of 2. rope fixing component (only for 2:1 double hydraulic jack )

Position of the safety gear
70: Position of the safety gear

Position of the finish at the jambs
71: Position of the start point of the finish at the left jamb
72: Position of the start point of the finish at the right jamb
73: Position of the start point of the finish at the jamb at the top

Position of the control valve
80: Position of the control valve

Position of the connecting point of the component
501: connecting point at the front side of the component
502: connecting point at the rear side of the component
503: connecting point at the right side of the component
504: connecting point at left side of the component
505: connecting point at the bottom of the component
506: connecting point at the top of the component

It is possible to have two 501 points at one component, so the PGP_IX is the variable which defines which point is the first.

For each 500 point is there a corresponding 600 point. These points are optional. If you set these points, a vertical- or horizontal dimension line will be created between the corresponding points.

These conditions have to be fulfill to create a dimension line:
- the corresponding point has to be selected - the PG_IX of the dimension line point has to be PG_IX+1 of the connecting point
- the PGP_CODE_NO of the dimension point has to be PGP_CODE_NO+100 of the connecting point

To describe the point (e.g. Connection to the hydraulic jack) use the PGP_PGT_RID in connection with the in the L_ProfilGrpTypeTab.
