Publish a new version of your manufacturer module (*.ldm12) to DigiPara Liftdesigner Cloud so it can be tested internally and, once approved, released to customers through their Poolmanager's Check for updates.
Prerequisites
A DigiPara Liftdesigner Cloud account (email and password)
An active Cloud contract covering the module you want to publish
Your finished
*.ldm12module file, exported from your data pool
Steps
Log in to DigiPara Liftdesigner Cloud. Go to
https://cloudpanel.digipara-liftdesigner.com/loginand log in with your email and password.Identify the correct cloud contract. Locate the entry in your contract list that corresponds to the contract for the module you are updating, and click the title in that row.
Open the module, or go straight to uploading a new one. The contract's page lists its registered modules by Modulename and RID. Click a module's name to open its own page — a version history listing every upload for that module (Select, Upload Date, Modulename, Actions, Status, Minimum Software Version, Comment). If you're uploading a module for the first time under this contract, skip straight to the next step instead.
Choose your file. Under Upload ldm12 files, click Choose files and select your current
*.ldm12file — from your data pool's export folder or wherever you saved it.Add a comment, if useful, and upload. The upload form includes an optional Comment field — use it to note what changed in this version, or why. Once your file's name appears next to Choose files, click Upload.
Confirm the upload succeeded. A successful upload shows a green confirmation message naming the module's RID, filename, and the minimum program version found in it — for example: "A valid module update with MF_RID <your RID>, Filename <your module>.ldm12 and a minimum program version of <version> found and uploaded." The new version now appears at the top of the version history, dated today, with its own Status and Minimum Software Version.
Managing an uploaded revision
Each row in a module's version history has its own Actions: a download icon to retrieve that *.ldm12 file again if you need it, and a delete icon to remove that revision entirely. Click the module name on a row (or its edit action) to open Edit Revision for that specific upload, where you can change its Status and Comment, then click Apply Changes.
Module status: Developer, Release, and Inactive
Every newly uploaded module version is automatically assigned Status: Developer. In this state, the module is in the development stage and visible only to users at your own company — not to customers generally. From Edit Revision, the Status dropdown offers three options:
Developer: the default for a new upload; visible only internally, for testing before wider release.
Release: published so customers can pick it up through their Poolmanager's Check for updates.
Inactive: removed from active circulation.
After uploading, allow about 10 minutes for DigiPara Liftdesigner Cloud to synchronize before relying on the new version being available.
Pitfall: Deleting a revision (the delete action in its version history row) is not the same as setting it to Inactive — confirm which one you actually mean before using either.
Result
Your *.ldm12 module version is uploaded and registered in DigiPara Liftdesigner Cloud under Developer status, visible to your own company for testing, with its file downloadable again at any time and a comment trail for what changed in each revision. Once its status is changed to Release, it becomes available to customers through their Poolmanager's Check for updates — subject to specific conditions regarding with whom or to whom the data is to be released.
