Edit project data

Update your project's master data and shaft specifications at any time after the project has been created.

Prerequisites

  • A DigiPara Liftdesigner project is open.

Update the main project data

Steps

  1. Open the Project tab.

  2. In the Project group, click Main Project Data.

  3. Update the project number, customer, location, or editor as needed.

  4. Confirm to save your changes.
    ​

Result: The project's master data is updated and the data tree strings can be mapped for drawing template purposes.

Update the shaft data

Update components and specifications for the current shaft directly from the Main Project Data dialog's component tree, without opening each component's own dialog individually.

Steps

  1. Open the Project tab. In the Project group, click Main Project Data.

  2. In the Objects tree on the left, expand the current shaft to see its component groups: Shaft, Car, Counterweight, Drive, Machine Room, Pit Forces, and Headroom Forces.

  3. Check or clear the checkbox next to a component to include or exclude it from the shaft.

  4. Select any component in the tree to view and edit its parameters in the Properties panel on the right, and preview it in the embedded 3D-View panel.

  5. Repeat for any other component you want to add, remove, or adjust.

  6. Click Close to apply your changes and close the dialog.
    ​

Result: The shaft's component set matches your selection for this edition — ready for further configuration or drawing generation.
