This article is part of a strict, sequential step-by-step tutorial for building Standard Elevator duty tables in DigiPara Liftdesigner Datamanager, so prepared elevator configurations can be loaded quickly via the Shaft Wizard. Follow the steps in order — each later step builds on the result of the one before it.
Prerequisites
DigiPara Liftdesigner and DigiPara Liftdesigner Datamanager are installed, with write access to the DigiPara BIM Library data pool you want to extend.
Steps
1.) Understand what a Standard Elevator is. A prepared Standard Elevator project — a "duty table" — can be loaded directly via the DigiPara Liftdesigner Shaft Wizard, letting a planner start from a ready-made configuration instead of building one from scratch.
2.) Locate the Standard Elevators tables in the Datamanager. In DigiPara Liftdesigner Datamanager, find the Standard Elevators node in the table tree. Underneath it are the tables you'll work through in this tutorial, in order: DTTab, DTColTab, DTColDwgTab, DTColDwgDimTab, DTColDwgHorTab, DTVarTab (not grouped), DTVarTab (grouped), and Machine Room Settings. Select all the marked tables underneath this node.
3.) Understand the column color coding and the meaning of 0 / -1. Column colors under Standard Elevators follow the same convention as the component tables: automatically maintained, important columns, standard columns, seldom used, unused, and reference ID. When filling in columns:
Automatically maintained
Important columns
Standard columns
Seldom used
Unused
Refernece-ID
A value of 0 means the specific component is not required, and it will be set inactive in the final model — for example, no safety gear guide shoes required.
A value of -1 means "no operation" — the component is typically determined by another component instead, for example the car pulley being determined by the car frame.

You understand the overall table structure for Standard Elevators and what the common column values mean, before filling in the actual duty table data in the following steps.
