Configure LDAWP Web Admin access

Set the base URL and master password the LDAWP WebAdmin tool needs before anyone can log in and use it.

This configuration section is optional — WebAdmin isn't required for LDAWP to generate drawings, only if you want the browser-based admin tool.

Prerequisites

  • The Drawing Generation Web Application is configured.

Set the server base URL and password

  1. Set Server Base URL.
    In the LDAWP Web Admin Configuration section of LDAWP Administrator, enter the base URL of the server, matching your target environment. HTTP or valid HTTPS URLs are supported (e.g. https://ip-or-dns.com).

  2. Open the password dialog.
    Click Set Masterpassword to open the password dialog.

  3. Set a password.
    Enter a password in the field provided and select Set Password. This password is what's used to log in to the WebAdmin tool.

Result: LDAWP Web Admin is reachable at the configured base URL and protected by the master password you set, ready to log in and use.
