Prerequisites
All LDAWP configuration steps are complete.
A client XML file is present in the
LDAWP_Inbounddirectory (for example, the sample reference model installed while configuring the Automation Data Pool).A modern web browser. Legacy browsers such as Internet Explorer are not supported.
Identify the required parameters
Gather the three required values for your test:
Parameter | Value |
| Name of the client XML file in the |
| Name of the elevator model (matches the model name in the |
| Language ID for the web interface. LDAWP includes English (2057) and German (1031) by default; consult the Microsoft Locale ID Values reference to extend the list. |
Build and open the URL
If the DigiPara Sample Automation Model has been installed, you can test the drawing generation without your own reference model or XML files.
Construct the URL manually.
Use the required parameters above, adding any optional parameters you need (output formats, plot style, DWG version, and so on).Open the resulting link in a modern web browser.
Run a custom installation test
The steps above (and LDAWP Administrator's basic installation test) use the built-in sample reference model and XML file. A custom installation test follows the same steps, but with the customer's own reference model and XML files instead:
Copy the customer's test XML files.
Copy the files manually into theLDAWP_Inboundfolder (standard path:C:\inetpub\wwwroot\LDAWP_Inbound).Copy the customer's libraries (
.ldm12).
Copy the module files into the active Automation Data Pool's import folder (standard path:C:\ProgramData\DigiPara\2027\dcc\DataPool\data\Import).Import the copied libraries (
.ldm12).
Start DigiPara Liftdesigner or the DigiPara Liftdesigner DataManager to unzip the module files.Choose the custom XML file to generate.
In LDAWP Administrator's installation test dialog, select a custom XML file from the list.Choose the custom reference model.
Select the related RefModel from the list, then generate the URL.
Result: The preview loads, showing the current output configuration for the specified model — confirming that the server, LDOOP, and the Drawing Generation Service are working together correctly.
