This article is part of a sequential step-by-step tutorial covering dimensions, dimension layout/properties/prefixes/representation, dynamic dimensions, overwrites, and managing sheet groups. Follow the steps in order — each later step builds on the result of the one before it.
Prerequisites
DigiPara Liftdesigner installed.
Steps
1.) Create the practice elevator project. Using the Shaft Wizard, create a project with:
5 floors, typical floor-to-floor distance 3000 mm
Consider travel: No; Create building floor levels: No
Traction elevator, 2:1 roping
13 persons / 1000 kg, 1 m/s, with CW safety gear
Machine room: Below / left
Car roping: 2 pulleys below
Counterweight roping: 1 pulley top, counterweight right
Car size: width 1600 mm, depth 1400 mm
Sheet templates: LD Installation Drawing, LD Typical Views For Your Elevator
Entrances: front on all floors, rear on the first and last level
Individual floor-to-floor distances: Pit 1200 mm; E1 2900 mm; E2 3000 mm; E3 3000 mm; E4 3800 mm
2.) Save the project. Save it under the file name LDTrainingSample.ld3.
Result
