Prerequisites
The machine bed's complete simplified 3D geometry is modeled.
Steps
1.) Remove unused dynamic properties. Back in the machine bed data table, click the box under GFR_PG_GRP (this tutorial's profile group: 7500003) to open the Profile Group data table. Open the L_ProfilGrpPropConfigItemTabEnumTab tab, select all data rows you don't need for your machine bed (click, then Shift+click, then Delete), and click the tab again to save and close.
2.) Zero out unused user-defined 3D parameters. Browse to the gray-highlighted GFR_USER_PG* columns and enter 0 for every one you don't use. Click the row above to save — the edit marker at the start of the row should disappear.
3.) Reload the finished product in Liftdesigner. Switch back to Liftdesigner and load your edited machine bed again to confirm the finished geometry, colors, and parameters all appear as expected.
Result
A complete, working Machine Bed component in your own manufacturer module — copied from a Common Components original, with its own designation, roping/sheave data, gear-frame and machine-room-beam parameters, a fully modeled simplified 3D geometry (lower frame, upper cross-members, and fixing elements), and its unused dynamic properties and parameters cleaned up. The component loads into Liftdesigner projects like any standard or common component.
Tutorial complete
This was the final part of the Product Loading: Machine Beds tutorial. You've copied a machine bed from Common Components, edited its data and parameters, developed its complete simplified 3D geometry, and cleaned up leftover data from the copy — a complete Machine Bed component ready for use.
For a mirrored machine bed (e.g., left/right version), a new component must be created or copied, and the positioning parameters adjusted accordingly.
