Step 6 of 16: Define Frame Groups for the Border, Title Block, and View Frames

1.) Define a frame group for the drawing border and title block. Add a new frame group referencing your bord_ and titl_ DWG files. Positioning rules (X0_RULE and Y0_RULE) can be set later.

2.) Set the DWG mode and base point. Set up the correct mode for the DWGs, and use the existing base point.

3.) Define a frame group for the view frames. Add new frame groups referencing the Plan_CWT_L and Plan_CWT_R view frames from the first previous preparation steps.

Frame groups exist for the drawing border/title block and for the view frames, ready to have dynamic rules applied in the next step.
